House for Investor to Flip

Here is a complete home renovation we completed for our sister company FlipSide3 Investments, with all new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, and windows. We removed all of the outdated finishes from this house, and replaced them. The kitchen got brand new sparkling white cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, ceramic tile floors, modern lighting fixures, and stainless steel appliances. We added a peninsula, which increases the usable workspace in this kitchen, makes it more efficient for cooking, and also adds seating space. With new energy efficient windows and a soft gray paint job, this is now a neutral and pleasing room. The two bathrooms got new bathtubs, floor tiles, and tile sub surrounds. New vanities and fixtures complete the transformation. See the accent tiles around the tub surround and the niche for personal items in the shower. We take pride in our precise tile work. With all new energy efficient windows, new paint on all the walls and trim, and refinished wood floors throughout, this house is now beautifully remodeled with all of the finishes buyers are looking for!

Popular white shaker style cabinets and white subway tile backsplash add to the appeal of this kitchen. Granite is always a beautiful way to upgrade countertops, and is very easy to maintain. The built-in microwave is also a big improvement over the old space.

By placing the new stainless refrigerator on this wall, we were able to maximize the cabinetry and countertop space in the work area. All of the new finishes, from the stainless appliances, to the white cabinets, gleaming granite, and ceramic tile floor, make this kitchen feel welcoming and inviting.

This new granite peninsula adds work and prep space to this kitchen. It also adds seating. The new light fixtures not only are pleasing to the eye, but brighten the room significantly.

Not only is there a great work space in this brand new kitchen, but there is also room for a kitchen table and chairs, making this kitchen the heart of the home.

BEFORE - This kitchen had none of the modern amenities which are now expected in a kitchen, it was old and outdated, with an inefficient layout. The peeling and dirty linoleum floor and the water-stained cabinetry made this ktichen feel dingy and unappealing.

Calming, neutral colors and modern tile finishes brought this bathroom into the current style era.

Bathroom before - this is what we'd call a post-war special. Outated turquoise tile, seen in many colors all over Connecticut in older bathrooms, needed to be removed, along with the old and outdated fixtures.

Shower detail - this pretty tile border in the shower surround continues through the niche in the wall. Our tile work is top notch!

Cool tones and modern finishes brought this bathroom into the current style era.

Bathroom before - the old fixtures and vinyl flooring needed to be removed. Buyers in 2018 do not want a tired and old looking space.

Living room fireplace after - new tile surround now highlights the room, which has a new paint job and newly finished wood floors.

Living room fireplace before - everything about this room looks tired and in need of a facelift.
